As a Bacs Approved Bureau, we can offer to transmit payments of net pay and PAYE directly to your employees and HMRC without the need for you to transfer funds to a holding account.
Every 3 years we are inspected for continued securities, IT strengths and procedural policies that ensure we are fit to be registered as a Bacs Approved Bureau.
To initiate the payment run we extract a report from our payroll software, importing it into our Bacs compliant software and securely sign it via SMART cards.
This then submits the information to Bacs who arrange the transfer of funds from the client company bank account to the employees and HMRC.
The process is very smooth and allows you the freedom to carry on with your core duties rather than diarise time to set up the payments each pay period.
