Our highly flexible payroll software will create bespoke PDF or CSV reports to match your
requirements to analyse the costs of your payroll. Information security is a prime consideration in the development of our payroll software that has achieved ISO27001 certification with optional 2-step authentication.
As your data processor, we process the information received in line with GDPR, handling the data in a safe, secure and confidential manner. Your payroll is prepared, validated and audited by a senior member.

NHS pension scheme
We hold all of the necessary accreditation to use the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) function so we can fully deal with the needs of your NHS staff members and administer your NHS pension scheme requirements.
The superannuation bands are set within the payroll software and will recognise when changes are required.
Monthly NHS pension reports (GP1/RFT1) are standard so we report starters, leavers and total contributions to create direct debit collections.
After the year end we produce and submit the SD55 report to show the pensionable pay per month per employee detailing contributions, hours and contribution percentage.
We can also assist with Type 2 superannuation forms for salaried GPs if required.
We monitor employer costs to ensure that these accurately reflect the correct percentages set by HMRC and the NHS pension scheme.
BACS bureau
We can send the payments of net pay and PAYE on your behalf. Our BACS service supports the requirement to keep the details of your payroll secure and confidential.
